Walk of life before Ripple
Before Ripple, Rian was a full-time graduating student planning to attend law school. Because of the high tuition, books, and other fees, she decided to "try" applying to Ripple, although she had zero experience.
Her main goal was to support her studies and provide for her and her mom's needs because they only lived in a situation where they could be kicked out anytime.
Upon joining Ripple
Upon joining Ripple, Rian grabbed clients from the job openings but ended up getting rejected. She rendered days for her client to test tasks to get their "yes," but eventually, they did not choose her. Nonetheless, it did not stop Rian from working hard to equip her with better skills. It may take her some time to pull off a client that appreciates every little thing she has done; Rian ended up with a client who told her that "one second you render is still hard work."
Today's stint in Ripple
Today, Rian is satisfied and happy with her clients. There is a "give and take" relationship between them. Now, not only has she purchased her law books, but she can also directly support her mom on other things. Rian could now support her studies, doubling her expectations and needs. She also saves money to acquire land and build their own house.
In applying for this job, Rian only sees herself working for clients and having the salary by the 15th and 30th day of the month. But God gave her more than what she needed and prayed for. She is victorious in her walk with Him. For her, success has always been God. Experiencing God in her life is her ultimate breakthrough. Receiving His rebukes that allow her to refine and transform makes her one percent better person every single day.
She is now the SMO and executive of Ripple VAs-Dipolog.
