Effective May 1, 2025, Ripple’s Client Success Officers (CSOs) have officially been renamed as Partnership Success Officers (PSOs).

The rebranding signals a strategic mindset shift within the department, emphasizing long-term collaboration and shared growth with both clients and Virtual Assistant Leaders (VALs).
While the team’s core responsibilities remain unchanged, the name “Partnership Success” reflects Ripple’s commitment to co-creating value rather than simply delivering service.
According to PSO Keshia Ongpauco, the term “success” now goes beyond client satisfaction, encompassing sustainable partnerships, proactive support, and measurable growth for both parties.
This change was driven by the company’s intent to align its internal language with its external mission of building mutually beneficial relationships.
The department is currently led by Ongpauco and Apple Libo-On, who serve as the primary points of contact for clients and VALs.
Their roles include managing loyalty and referral programs, addressing concerns, identifying improvement opportunities, and aligning client goals with VAL performance.
Ripple’s leadership views this shift as part of a broader effort to integrate value-based service with strategic partnership for long-term impact.
Moreover, the new title underlines Ripple’s evolving approach to client relations, positioning every stakeholder as a partner in the success journey.
