Every vision begins as a faint image, one that even its bearer may question.

In the early days, I was simply working online, taking on virtual assistant tasks while trying to learn as much as I could. Over time, with more exposure to different tools and responsibilities, I discovered something remarkable: I truly enjoyed this work. I saw myself doing it for the long term. Being a VA wasn’t something that could be confined to a box. The opportunities for growth, the vast range of skills to master, and the potential to create impact felt limitless.

This discovery was precious to me, almost like an inventor stumbling upon something worth sharing with the world. I couldn’t keep it to myself, I wanted others, especially those close to me, to experience the same growth and fulfillment. Just like labor pains leading to new life, this vision was birthed within me. I began sharing what I had learned with my Pastor and close colleagues, and together we nurtured this vision until it grew clearer and stronger.

From there, the idea of creating a platform to train and multiply VAs was born. That platform became Ripple.
Why Ripple?​
A ripple is a small wave that begins with the slightest movement—like a stone tossed into water—and expands outward, touching everything around it. That is what I wanted to create: a ripple effect that would multiply and extend beyond myself.

This is what sets us apart. Ripple VAs is not only about providing virtual assistant services—we exist with a deeper purpose. A portion of our company’s profits goes directly to our mission funds, sustaining ministries that win souls for Christ and transform communities.
