RIPPLE NEWS: Ripple VAs launches its first social media engagement strategy, Project Sierra

It has become integral to driving Ripple's visibility on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. These platforms have the potential to be beneficial to Ripple and its services.

The Project Sierra Team is tasked with making weekly reports on how many followers, engagements, and leads accumulated throughout a four-hour daily shift. Because most or all the members of the social media engagement team are students, they are responsible for balancing their time between school and work without sacrificing their overall performance.

Measuring engagement on social media is important because doing so provides information about the degree to which the content published resonates with the target audience. This information improves the quality of products, services, and the posts Ripple publishes in the future. In addition to this, it provides a measurable metric to monitor progress over time.

According to Reychemver Credo, a Project Sierra team member, "along the process, it feels good that we get to recognize posts and updates from various businesses and how their owners run them. We have hit two birds with a stone — earning and learning simultaneously."

Businesses are having difficulty competing with one another when it comes to customer engagement on social media platforms.
