Forging Relationships: Ripple VAs initiates training on HubSpot

As the then-official platform of Ripple VAs for continuous learning and development of our virtual assistants, the Ripple Continuing Education Program was launched. On the 20th of August 2021, another session was launched featuring a tool often overlooked by many—HubSpot.


The fifth Ripple Continuing Education Program session for virtual assistants was hosted by the Chief Operating Officer of Ripple VAs, Shana Manzano, with now Chief External Marketing Officer Hanna Caraig as the trainer.


Hanna is one of the most capable virtual assistants in Ripple VAs and has been in the industry for three years. With her vast experience in customer relationship management (CRM), HubSpot has been one of Hanna's top platforms. In this training, the goal of the Ripple Continuing Education Program is to provide our virtual assistants, just like Hanna, an edge by getting familiar with this tool.


Before delving into the technicalities and functions of HubSpot, the training kickstarted with the introduction of customer relationship management (CRM) as a combination of strategies, practices, and technologies to manage and analyze customer interactions. Hanna then proceeded with the discussion of a vital concept in CRM, the Sales Pipeline.


With the pursuit of virtual assistants to continuously grow and gain an edge, Hanna continued the training by finally introducing HubSpot CRM and how it works, including the roles of ads, forms, contacts, and activities. She also highlighted the connection between the lists and a client’s email campaign.


To give the participants first-hand experience and improved learning processes, the trainer showcased the tool’s various functions and demonstrated to the attendees how HubSpot works from beginning to the end.


Moreover, Hanna provided insightful tips on how to effectively and efficiently navigate through HubSpot, including the best practices in initiating the vital customer relationship management processes.


Finally, she provided additional value to all the trainees as she satisfied the curiosity of the aspiring users of Hubspot by answering numerous questions about the tool’s functions and unique features. This testifies the sentiments of the trainees of the fifth RCEP session as they find Hanna’s training as exciting, informative, and an insightful opportunity.

Ripple VAs’ Chief Operating Officer Shana Manzano expressed her gratitude to all the participating virtual assistants and the comprehensive training session of Hanna Caraig. The training was officially closed by the company’s Chief Finance Officer Melvie Ayacaide.
