Walk of life before Ripple
Keshia was a full-time wife and mom before she applied to Ripple. But due to the pandemic, she had to find work that would allow her to gain income, financially support her family, and still take care of them at home.
Upon joining Ripple
Keshia was a total newbie in the VA industry when she started in April 2021. She had no idea of where or how to start. She needed to be more knowledgeable about the various tasks most clients need help with.
Despite the overwhelming availability of resources on the Internet, it is still a challenge for Keshia to understand many things. Luckily, she enrolled in Ripple Success Academy. After graduation, she had the appropriate knowledge and mindset to navigate the VA world. Ripple blessed her with many hands-on people and growing opportunities. Her colleagues were committed to sharing their expertise and guiding her as she did her tasks.
Today's stint in Ripple
Keshia came from zero knowledge to mastering marketing tasks. Not only that, Ripple allowed her to be a part of the Internal Team.
Keshia also shared that part of her daily prayers is to be better than she was yesterday, professionally, mentally, and spiritually. Through Ripple, she understood better and strengthened her faith in God.
And with His grace, she is almost done with their house's DP and recently purchased their first car.
Keshia is grateful for all the things she has now. When she started with Ripple, she had never imagined how things would turn out so great. By then, her only goal was to aid her family's financial needs. Now, she has been financially blessed and received a chance to be re-introduced to God and have a more meaningful relationship with Him via Ripple.
