Most of the time, when we hear the word "prosper," it is fastened so tightly in our minds to money. That is why some think this limited idea will hold us from invading into a world-view where wealth distances us from life's core values and principles.
However, for Allan Villalon, prosperity means a sense of well-being in every field of life. In his journey to progress, Allan believes each of us must determine what a life of prosperity looks like in reality. Prosperity and the determination to enhance and refine one's situation are linked together.
Before onboarding in Ripple in 2018, Allan put all his trust in God that He would use this company so he could prosper in his career. At some point in the past, he got stuck because, like anyone else, he also needed certainty.
Allan works as a VA Specialist in Ripple. He performs technical tasks required by either his clients or the Ripple management.
Allan also leads a team for the weekly mentorship directed by the company as part of its vision. For three years, his working experiences allowed him to embrace true prosperity. They remarkably increased his mental efficiency, which enabled him to supply what he, his family, and the people surrounding him needed.
"Among the changes in my financial status that I've experienced after joining Ripple VAs include: (1) I can now pay our bills, (2) I can give more help [to others] financially, and (3) I can support more on mission offerings," Allan said.
Allan considered this can-do attitude as his most significant breakthrough. It motivated him to tap into this energy source to achieve greater heights in life and look at the world from a positive perspective.
Besides this growth in his financial status, Allan also shared that he has learned the value of transparency. His clients have unleashed his other potential throughout his career as a VA. And for the last three years, he saw himself more evident now that he would be a prosperous and productive person.
At age 29, Allan proves that the formula to true prosperity is a blend of money, happiness, and sustainability. One must feel good about what they are doing to earn money and possess the confidence to go on it for years if not decades. Moreover, he believes that every job must be honest, environmentally safe, and valuable to others and extend lasting merit, not a get-rich-quick system.
Lastly, Allan notes that if a person learns to revoke their concentration from all matters of distraction and put it upon one subject of attention instead, they will realize how to captivate or attract what they need.
