RIPPLE NEWS: Ripple VAs-BTG bares milestones marking 1st anniversary

Ripple VAs-Batangas (BTG) celebrated its first anniversary on January 8, 2023, following a year of success for Ripple VAs' first satellite office and ministry in Nasugbu, Batangas.

In the first year alone, Ripple VAs-BTG accomplished milestones such as amassing ten departments comprising six department heads and two internal support.

Additionally, the satellite office tallied 95 closed clients, with a whopping 94 percent client retention rate; 88 are currently collaborating with the company

Moreover, Ripple VAs-BTG acquired five account executives (AEs) and five Lead Prospector VAs (LPVs) from its Growth Team. At the same time, its Internal Marketing Team improved its social media following with 608 likes and 722 followers on Facebook and 214 on Instagram.

Accordingly, the office's Mission Team generated nine mentors and 14 ministry workers, while its CRP Team accumulated 13 CRP batches and mounted up 50 BTG-born VAs.

God's providential hand, direction, and the hard work of everyone involved with the Ripple VAs-BTG have led to large and small victories.

Ripple VAs-BTG Satellite Managing Director Hanna Caraig expressed that God is the "glue that holds relationships together," so all these achievements centered on Him.

"Our faithful God and our commitment towards the company are the reasons which have brought us where we are. I would never have been able to picture this successful journey without [God]," Caraig said.

The anniversary celebration bannered the theme "Gearing towards Christ-Standard of High Quality," also Caraig's vision and declaration for 2023.

With this year's declaration, Ripple VAs-BTG sets out to equip quality VAs, mentors, leaders, and ministry workers, build quality relationships, nurture quality clients, and strategize quality VA training.

Witnessing the celebration at Clotilde Events Center in Nasugbu, Batangas, was the top management composed of Ripple VAs CEO Jezrel Perez, COO Shana Manzano, and CFO Melvie Ayacaide.

Various activities featured in the anniversary shared testimonies about how the satellite office made its humble beginnings, reflections on the VAs' experiences, talent offerings, and awarding of outstanding VAs for 2022.

Kyle Winjean Gaw received the AE of the Year award, Arleen Villaeba for the LPV of the Year, Mariel Felicisimo as Top-performing Leader of the Year and Virtual Assistant of the Year, and Daryl Briones bagged the MVP Highest Earner award.
