Pagadian City — Ripple VAs’ Pagadian Satellite Office marked its first anniversary on June 7, 2025, celebrating a year of faith-driven service, team growth, and operational milestones.

The office officially opened on May 25, 2024, with an atmosphere of excitement, unity, and shared purpose among its founding team.
Since its launch, the Pagadian office has grown to include one Senior Marketing Director, one Executive (Elvie Fernandez), one Interim (Faith Rubin), one Head Pastor (Pastor Venus Rubin), and 13 Virtual Assistant Leaders.
The celebration was attended by Ripple’s CEO Atty. Jezrel Perez, top management, head pastors from Tabina, the Praise and Worship Team, the Good News Christian Fellowship (GNCF) family from Pagadian and Tabina, friends, and local top management.
According to Pagadian Satellite Managing Director (SMD) Annie Rose Samson, some key accomplishments they had in 2024 included onboarding new LGS, securing eight closed clients, increasing booked calls, and hosting website training for VALs.
The team also organized a Christmas party, year-end celebration, and participated in a Digital Careers Expo and several face-to-face leadership meetings.
In 2025, the team continued its momentum by acquiring a dedicated Zoom account, closing three more clients between February and March, and launching house-to-house Bible studies for VALs.
Despite early challenges in leadership, collaboration, and client acquisition, the team credits its resilience and success to faith, unity, and continuous support from Ripple’s ministry partners.
According to team leaders, the Pagadian office began finding its rhythm when members started working together seamlessly and aligning their efforts toward shared goals.
The satellite office is known for its faith-centered approach to work, emphasizing service excellence, teamwork, and a deep commitment to honoring God in daily operations.
Their biggest internal impact has been a stronger team dynamic, while the external impact lies in consistently supporting clients with high-quality service.
Leaders expressed optimism about the next one to three years, aiming for increased client outreach, expanded services, and greater leadership development.
Ripple VAs encourages clients and aspiring virtual assistants to look to Pagadian as a model for faith-driven success and excellence in the virtual workspace.
