Ripple VAs has taken a significant step forward by welcoming Rey Joebert Mirambel as the new assistant to the Chief Website Officer (CWO).
With over five years of technical and web development experience, Mirambel is poised to make a meaningful impact on Ripple's web presence.
Mirambel’s journey with Ripple began eight months ago, and he considers himself truly blessed to be part of the team. As the new assistant to the CWO, Mirambel has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Ripple's digital footprint since he started this part-time position last month.
As he settles into his new role, Mirambel has found a sense of enjoyment in his work. "I enjoy what I do because it aligns with my passion for supporting and optimizing web experiences," he shared, adding that he enjoys being able to support the CWO and the entire Ripple team.
When asked about his initial reaction to being offered the role, Mirambel expressed that it was an answered prayer and conveyed his sense of being blessed to be part of the Ripple family. His enthusiasm for his work is evident, and it is precisely this passion and dedication that Ripple values in its team.
Mirambel's responsibilities in his new role are both specific and vital to Ripple's web operations. He primarily focuses on monitoring and examining various aspects of the website, particularly the backend.
Where cybersecurity threats are constantly evolving, Mirambel's vigilance in this area is crucial to ensuring the integrity and functionality of Ripple's online platform.
Additionally, Mirambel is currently engaged in several projects and initiatives aimed at further enhancing Ripple's web presence. These projects encompass web development and the editing of various multimedia elements such as photos, videos, audio, and graphics.
In assessing the overall well-being of Ripple's website, Mirambel offers a positive outlook; however, he understands that maintaining web excellence is a continuing endeavor.
To this end, Mirambel plans to improve the website's performance in collaboration with Ripple's management through continuous monitoring and open communication. He underscores that regular discussions and the exchange of suggestions will be instrumental in ensuring the website remains at the cutting edge of quality and functionality.
Meeting specific selection criteria
In selecting Mirambel as the new assistant to the CWO, Ripple VAs had specific goals and criteria in mind. The decision to bring him on board was guided by a strategic vision for enhancing the organization's web presence and efficiency.
According to CWO Faith Rubin, the foremost aim was to choose an assistant who could effectively address website visitors’ needs while aligning with the company's overarching goals.
Rubin emphasized that Ripple sought an assistant that embodies user-friendliness, responsiveness, and the ability to provide relevant and accurate information to website visitors, expounding that the user experience was paramount in the selection process.
Moreover, Rubin discussed that the company looked for a website assistant that could evolve and improve over time, and Mirambel’s ability to learn from user interactions and enhance responses through machine learning or advanced techniques was a significant factor.
"I cannot express how relieved and grateful I am to have Kuya Rey on board. My schedule has become increasingly busy with various responsibilities and commitments. It has been a challenging juggling act to manage all the tasks related to our website effectively. Kuya Rey comes with a wealth of experience and a proven track record in website management and optimization," Rubin said.
Furthermore, Rubin mentioned that her department’s primary goals right now are to finish all seven websites of the Ripple Platform and launch them as soon as possible.
With Mirambel's expertise and dedication, Rubin said Ripple is confident of achieving these goals while maintaining its commitment to web excellence.
