The Client Success Department launches its VA Feedback Form to guarantee client retention.
The goal of every Ripple virtual assistant is to deliver an exceptional and high-quality experience to their clients. When it comes to client retention, one of our primary objectives is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the level of service provided to them.
The cost of acquiring new customers is significantly higher than the cost of retaining existing customers, making customer retention an extremely important business objective. Customers who are kept as clients have a greater likelihood of becoming brand advocates or participating in loyalty marketing.
The Client Success Department responded to this need by developing the VA Feedback Form. Ripple will be able to identify the areas in which our VAs needs to improve with the help of this form. The Virtual Assistant Feedback Form is distributed to each of our customers on a batch basis once a month, and the responses we receive are incorporated into the Coaching Sessions with our Top Management Team. As a result, Ripple continues to create tailored and personalized interactions while simultaneously providing value with each and every interaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
