Ripple VAs began as a dream planted in the heart of CEO Atty. Jezrel Perez — a visionary pastor and leader, lawyer, and bold believer that business can be both profitable and purposeful. With a laptop, relentless faith, and a deep desire to empower others, Atty. Jez turned a solo leap of obedience into a seven-figure agency serving entrepreneurs across the globe. Atty. Jez began her journey in Cebu City, Philippines (born December 18, 1992), graduating Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology from Cebu Normal University. As a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Coach & Trainer, Jez blends legal insight with leadership excellence. While pursuing her Juris Doctor at Silliman University, she built Ripple VAs from the ground up — learning, growing, and setting new standards in virtual assistant services. Since its 2018 launch, Ripple has scaled into a seven-figure, globally trusted agency with a mission to multiply Christian leaders.
