As a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Coach & Trainer, Jez blends legal insight with leadership excellence. While pursuing her Juris Doctor at Silliman University, she built Ripple VAs from the ground up — learning, growing, and setting new standards in virtual assistant services. Hi, I’m Shiena Marie Sapon, the Satellite Managing Director of Ripple VAs Isabela and a Business Development Executive with over four years of experience in the virtual assistance industry. My journey in leadership and business development has been shaped by a deep passion for empowering others to reach their full potential. Having also served as a General Manager for nearly a year, I’ve gained valuable insights into team management, client relations, and organizational growth. For more than two years with Ripple, I’ve dedicated myself to mentoring and sharing my expertise with others—helping them grow both professionally and personally while making a meaningful impact in their lives. Outside of work, I express my creativity through photography, and I find joy in listening to music and singing, which help me stay inspired and balanced in everything I do.
