[VA Feature] Aaron Jerome D. Samson II: The Persistent, Disciplined, and Committed

"If there is no struggle, there is no progress." This perfectly describes the life of Aaron Jerome D. Samson II, who has been working in the sales & marketing field for over 8 years. His boss and coworkers describe him as someone who has great potential. A person who is persistent, professional, disciplined, committed, and open-minded to learning new things. His greatest professional achievement is that he worked his way up the career ladder. He balances leisure and work by not forgetting to breathe every now and then and taking a step back whenever he realizes that he is getting overboard with work. In his spare time, he indulges in online games, drawing art, reconnecting with friends, and enjoying his family's company, making him both an indoors and outdoors type of person. His goal and aspiration in life are to be able to live happily and peacefully with his family in a simple home.

If Jerome could describe his Ripple VAs experience with one word, it would be AMAZING. He applied to Ripple, knowing it would be a safe space where he could still earn at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He now contributes to Ripple by giving his clients the best service and value. His most memorable experience was training with the Ripple Success Academy - very top-notch in the industry. Ripple made Jerome a better person by making him look back on the things that matter, giving him a good space, as well as Ripple's culture of weekly mentorship and God Centeredness.

Jerome's message to aspiring freelancers is, "To keep pushing, your movement will always be forward, and make use of the things that motivate you. Your WHYs will eventually lead you to come up with your HOWs. And never forget to always put God in the center of your work."
