The first change is the implementation of centralized SOWing sessions with Jez and the A-Players. The sessions will be aimed at guiding and mentoring individuals through the SOWing process to create accountability partners and help drive success.
In preparation for the bigger vision of Ripple, the company will dissolve its mentorship teams. This change will allow individuals to have a more direct connection with their mentor, ensuring they receive personalized attention and guidance.
With the dissolution of mentorship teams, mentorship sessions will now become SOWing sessions. SOWing is an acronym for Serve Obey Wins Items Need GamePlan, which will help individuals prioritize their tasks and work towards achieving their goals.
Every mentor will now serve as an accountability partner to their mentees. During these sessions, the company will focus on Biblical Leadership Input and include breakout sessions for the SOWing questions.
To accommodate everyone's schedules, Ripple will send a form for VAs to choose their preferred time slots. The program will offer two time slots - Wednesday at 9:00 - 10:15 pm and Saturday at 8:00 - 9:15 pm. Once the schedules are finalized, every mentorship chatroom will be dissolved, and everyone can begin their new journey in the SOWing program.
