With the aim to improve Ripple’s management, Chief Financial Officer Melvz Ayacaide ensures to achieve the 3’S of the company, namely Stability and Accounts, Sustainability of Finances, and Standardized SOPs.

Ayacaide spearheads the In-House Customer Relationship Management in collaboration with Payroll, Growth, Lead Gen, and Internal Support Departments.


“[The] CRM is a tool to centralize our client tracking system and payroll setup,” she said.


This enhancement in automation and centralization is attributable to the quantitative indicators of Ripple’s user-friendly interface.
